PAYMENTS AT COMPLEX FESTIVAL
At Complex Festival, you pay for drinks and food with digital credits. Payments at the festival can only be made with a Complex Festival payment card. This payment card is designed for fast and seamless transactions on the Festival.
A Complex Festival card can be purchased at the beginning of the festival terrain for €2 after which it can be topped up with digital credits.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Payments on the festival cannot be made with a Complex Creature card from our club.
Purchase new digital Complex Festival credits by scanning your Complex Festival card with your phone. You can either hold the card to the top of your phone to scan the NFC Tag, or you can scan the QR code with your phone’s camera. This can be done from wherever you are and will, therefore, completely eliminate the need to stand in line to get credits. Prefer to top up with cash? This is still possible at the beginning of the festival terrain, where you’ve purchased your card.
Yes! Topping up your payment card with cash will always remain possible. You can do this at the beginning of the festival terrain, where you’ve purchased your card.
Yes! You can easily top up your Complex Festival card from anywhere, whether you're relaxing by the water, catching the front row action at the DJ booth or simply at the payment counter.
No, it’s not possible to use your Complex Festival 2025 card for next year, or in our club. Make sure to hold on to it though, as it will be a great collectors item from all the good memories you will be making this year!
At the merchandise stand, you can make payments using only your debit card.
No, it's not possible to refund Complex Festival credits, so please be cautious with how much you top up and make sure to use all your credits before the end of the festival
